The SLHS at the May Fayre

By | May 10, 2018

On Sunday 6 May at the Sawbridgeworth May Fayre we had lots of interest in our stand. People came and looked at our old maps of the town. Who would not be interested to to see what was there before their homes were built and if they live in an old property to try and find it on the map.Our society definitely seems to have won the hearts of ur friends and neighbours.

There was also plenty of interest in our upcoming talk by Ken Griffin on Crime and Punishment in Hertfordshire on 31st May at 7pm in the Hailey Centre. So perhaps we will see you there.
